Materials Engineer

Position Summary

The Materials Engineer performs a critical support role in the knowledge of Cellular Lightweight Concrete (CLC) and in advancing its application as a structural building material. The Materials Engineer will collaborate with EchoStone’s construction management team to design custom CLC mixes for current international projects using regionally available materials to meet customers’ unique requirements. The Materials Engineer/Consultant will assist in further optimization of EchoStone’s construction technologies.

Materials Engineering Intern

Position Summary

The Materials Engineer Intern will support in broadening our team knowledge of Cellular Lightweight Concrete (CLC) and its application as a structural building material. In partnership with our operations team , the Materials Engineer Intern will collaborate with to design custom CLC mixes for current international projects using regionally available materials to meet customers’ unique requirements. This role will also be responsible for researching, analyzing, managing a database on existing and new building technologies that will complement the Echostone housing system portfolio of offerings. The Materials Engineer Intern will partner with our sustainability team to identify new and existing technologies related to EchoStone’s sustainable building system to guide the company’s future endeavors. The successful Intern will be pragmatic, technology-oriented, execution focused, and a clear communicator and have a deep understanding in one or more of these areas: concrete, construction equipment, architectural design, green building methods and technologies, issues related to developing countries and affordable housing. The Materials Engineer Intern will work closely with other EchoStone professionals in marketing, business development, construction management and field operations, legal, and finance.

Legal & Compliance Manager

Position Summary

The Legal & Compliance Manager will be a cross functional support role for administrative needs within the Legal, Finance and Human Resource functions. This resource will focus primarily on compliance and reporting needs and will work with various leaders on ad hoc project work. In our complex, ever-changing business environment, attention to detail, organization and follow-through are critical to the success of our organization – the Legal & Compliance Manager will be an integral team player ensuring smooth and efficient office operations.
