Anthony Recchia
Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Anthony Recchia has more than 25 years experience in private equity and global business development and is a partner in a private investment company, Eastover Investments and Management LLC. Prior to joining EchoStone, he was a partner in a physical commodity trading company, Global Commodity Trade and Finance. Mr. Recchia received a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Northeastern University.
Anders Lindquist
Founder and President, Business Development
Anders Lindquist has more than 30 years experience in investment securities and banking. Prior to joining EchoStone, he served as President of Swedbank First Securities, President of Nordic Partners, and President of Aros. Mr. Lindquist received his university education at Institut de Diavox, Lausanne and achieved the prestigious rank of Navy Seal in the Royal Swedish Navy.
James Ryan III
Chief Operating Officer
James Ryan III serves as Chief Operating Officer of EchoStone. Prior to joining EchoStone, Mr. Ryan worked as Controller of The Brooklyn Home Company and was the Founder and Principal of The IllumiFi Group, an 'Outsourced CFO' for growing entrepreneurial firms. Mr. Ryan received a Bachelor of Arts from Yale University and is a CFA Charterholder.
Emmanuel Stefanakis
Chief Sustainability and Development Officer
Emmanuel Stefanakis has more than 40 years global experience in applying sustainable development principles to numerous housing and urban development projects. Prior to joining EchoStone, Mr. Stefanakis has served as Senior Management Consultant at Arthur D. Little International, as a senior executive at Harvard University, and has advised many Fortune 500 companies and international organizations such as the World Bank and the United Nations. Mr. Stefanakis received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Massachusetts, Master's degrees in Sustainable Development from the University of Pennsylvania and Public Administration from Harvard University, and is certified as an International Finance Corporation EDGE Expert in sustainable building.
Tim Beers
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Beers has more than 35 years of experience in various financial and managerial positions. Prior to joining EchoStone, Mr. Beers served as CFO of Original Productions (OP), a Los Angeles based TV production company for 13 years; as President of O’Merch, LLC, the product placement, licensing, and merchandising affiliate of OP; and as a corporate banker for JPMorgan Chase and Key Bank. Mr. Beers received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting.
Michael D. Norris
Chief Legal Officer
Mr. Norris has more than 30 years of experience in private practice and as corporate counsel. Prior to joining EchoStone, Mr. Norris served as General Counsel and Senior Vice President, Human Resources of D4, LLC; as General Counsel and Vice President, Human Resources of John D. Brush & Co., Inc.; and as founding partner at Ward, Norris, Heller, & Reidy (now Ward Greenberg). Mr. Norris received a Bachelor of Arts from Middlebury College and his JD from Albany Law School.
Georgia Lamb
Georgia Lamb, Chief Administrative Officer
Georgia (Gigi) Lamb serves as the Chief Administrative Officer of EchoStone. Prior to joining EchoStone, Ms. Lamb worked as Senior Vice President, Human Resources, VP of Sales Administration, and VP Sales Promotion at a beverage Fortune 500 company and held various executive positions at Chase Manhattan Bank and its former subsidiaries. She is a member of the Board of Trustees, Nazareth College, and Chairman of the Human Resources Advisory Council for Nazareth College School of Management. Ms. Lamb received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Rochester.
Paul Klinko
Construction Project Manager
Paul Klinko serves as Construction Project Manager of EchoStone and is Director of Construction at LeChase Construction Services. He has more than 25 years of experience in the construction industry and possesses deep expertise in affordable housing projects and in construction operational processes, policies, and risk management. He is experienced and skilled throughout all phases of project execution including, estimating,budgeting, tracking project to budget, and scheduling.
Curt Barnes
Construction Project Manager
Curt Barnes serves as Construction Project Manager of EchoStone and is Regional Construction Manager at LeChase Construction Services. He has more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry and possesses an extensive background in site-planning, housing development, community development, general contracting, construction management, and shipping logistics. Mr. Barnes is LEED AP and OSHA 30 certified. He has created and executed safety, logistical, and quality site plans. Mr. Barnes was educated at Colorado State University and Cornell University.
Kevin Morgan
Construction Project Manager
Kevin Morgan serves as Construction Project Manager of EchoStone and is a Project Executive at LeChase Construction Services. Mr. Morgan possesses 15 years of construction industry experience encompassing projects ranging in size from $2 to $100 MM, and he has held various positions in the industry including mechanical and plumbing design engineer, site superintendent, project manager, and executive team leader. Mr. Morgan specializes in scheduling, phasing, logistics planning, estimating services, and budget management.
Nicolas P. Retsinas
Board of Advisors
Nicolas P. Retsinas serves on the Board of Advisors of EchoStone and is a Senior Lecturer in Real Estate at the Harvard University Business School. Prior to this, Mr. Retsinas served as Assistant Secretary for U.S. Housing-Federal Housing Commissioner in Washington, DC. He currently serves as Board Member at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), the Federal Housing Finance Board, and the Neighborhood Reinvestment Corporation. Earlier in his career, Mr. Retsinas was the Executive Director of the Rhode Island Housing and Mortgage Finance Corporation. Mr. Retsinas is also an Inductee into the U.S. National Housing Hall of Fame.
Fredrik Winberg
Board of Advisors
Fredrik Winberg serves on the Board of Advisors of Echostone and is the Chairman of the Swedish Cement and Research Institute , an independent industrial research institute in Stockholm, Sweden. The Institute performs research and development, material testing, consulting, and training in the concrete and rock material field.

    Aercrete – Aercrete is a private, Swedish company that developed and manufactures the EchoStone 625 CLC machine and foaming agent. Aercrete has granted EchoStone the exclusive right to use the machine and foaming agent for housing construction worldwide.

    LeChase – LeChase Construction is a full-service construction management and general construction firm based in Rochester, NY with extensive experience in a wide range of industries. LeChase is developing and implementing the construction program for each EchoStone JV. LeChase will use its knowledge of the EchoStone System and construction best practices to create a tailored construction plan in each country. LeChase will implement the program with all in-country construction managers.

    Peri – Based in Germany with offices across the globe, PERI is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of formwork and was selected as the best formwork to use with the EchoStone System following an exhaustive search.

    Tyrens – Tyrens provides structural engineering and sustainable solutions in the fields of urban development and infrastructure.

    Tengbom – Tengbom, founded in 1907 and Scandinavia’s leading architectural firm, provides architectural services.

    “SWAT Team” – Based in Sweden, the “SWAT Team” are experts in the production and use of EchoStone CLC who are deployed in-country to oversee and manage on-site concrete production.
